I’m Michal. I work on systems and build small projects to understand how things work. Recent rabbit holes include camping automation, HFT experiments, and AI harnesses—especially how skills and context get loaded and why different harnesses behave differently.

This site is mostly for me. Writing forces me to make an idea clear and leaves a record I can find later. If a note or project is useful to someone else, good.
